Our track record spans over more than EUR 30bn of transactions across multiple real estate asset classes.

Our roots are work out and strategic turn around asset management, focussing on creating value for our clients.

Our services range from transaction and asset management advisory to inter alia loan restructuring mandates and refinancing, M&A transactions and investment management plus the acquisition of non-core/non-performing loans.

We focus on Germany, but are also active across Europe with offices in Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and The Netherlands.

We are privately-owned and independent, with origins dating back to 2004.

Clients and partners are mostly regulated financial institutions and include global and local banks, private equity funds, hedge funds and institutional investors as well as insolvency administrators and work-out divisions.

We take the owner's view when creating and executing workout strategies.

CR Investment Management is one of the few still existing Work Out Managers of the Global Financial Crisis era who has continuously worked in this field up until today. We have a unique approach by taking over management roles in relevant corporate structures and also being able to buy or warehouse such equity structures.
